Schoolhouse Software online training – combines
multimedia and real-time e-learning techniques to
deliver an effective virtual classroom learning
experience. Classes are designed for delivery over the
Internet in 1 to 3-hour sessions, and can be adjusted to
fit your busy schedule. No need to travel offsite or be
stuck in a classroom for days ... all you need is an
Internet-connected PC and a phone line for the audio,
and we do the rest.

Schoolhouse Software, Inc. products and services. Of
course, the real benefits include getting needed skills
without heavy impact on work commitments or schedules,
and staying up to date on new functionality and
features.
Registration
-
Online or Telephone – registering for training just
got easier! Our new Online Course Catalog and "active
registration process" allow you to reserve a seat in a
scheduled class, any time, 24x7. Just click the
ADD button next to
the class you want to register for. We will acknowledge
your training request via email, and quickly get you on
the track to new knowledge. Registrations are taken on a
first come first served basis.

Confirmations – Shortly after your space is
confirmed, you will receive emailed instructions with
links to the Online Training Portal, and the logon
process. For pre-paid training, please contact us to
schedule a time and date.
Payments and Cancellations Policy

Payments – All provisional bookings for training
require confirmation with a purchase order within 14
days of the class start date. Unconfirmed bookings will
be automatically dropped as a course becomes full. If
your organization has purchased applications training
after installation, please have the sales order number
available when you call.

Cancellations – Cancellations made 1 to 14 days
prior to the start date of the class will be charged a
cancellation fee of 25% of one day's services or the
class fee. Cancellations prior to the 14 day period
incur no cancellation fee, and you may choose to
reschedule for a future class at that time.
