Installation and implementation services – our
systems engineering specialists must pass rigorous tests and are professionally
trained to provide either on-site or telephone support for your applications and
systems. Certified in Microsoft® Windows/NT®, UNIX®, Oracle® database
software and Novell® networks, our systems engineers are equipped to tackle any
technical issue that arises so you are free to focus on the bigger picture. In
the early stages of implementation, our professionals can provide detailed
analysis of your systems and develop an overall implementation plan that stays
on budget. We then work closely with your staff in moving through the
implementation phases leading up to the formal hand off to our trained support
personnel.
Training – our training specialists are experts in our
applications with specialized knowledge of your industry. You can utilize them
to directly train your staff and operators, or to "train your trainers" on
things like how to install new sites or upgrade your existing Schoolhouse
Software applications. Training is offered directly at your site in familiar
surroundings, thus ensuring your special needs are addressed while reducing
travel expenses for your employees.
Customer Care Telephone Support – our Technical Support
Representatives (TSR) stand ready to answer questions and diagnose any problems
you might encounter from 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST. To ensure you receive the best
possible attention, your district is assigned a personal TSR who has first-hand knowledge
of your system and the demands placed upon you and your staff. This close working relationship
with one Schoolhouse Software TSR greatly reduces the time required to identify and resolve problems.
Support Plans - whether you need us to manage the entire installation and training for you or you have your own internal support organization, we have a plan that’s right for you. Choose from three separate
support plans designed with varying levels of service based upon your department
or district’s needs and abilities. Each plan includes all updates to your
currently installed software without additional software charges.
