· Image One is an enterprise-level document management solutions provider established in 1994. Image One has successfully formulated document management solutions for more than 200 clients. The company turned its keen expertise and experience in imaging toward the complex, time consuming and often mistake- ridden process of scanning free and reduced meal applications. The resultant RocketSCAN for Meal Applications uses OCR technology to speed data entry, shortening the time needed to determine a child's lunch status while saving school districts thousands of dollars in labor and overhead costs. Schoolhouse Software chose to integrate its Free and Reduced applications processing software with Image One's RocketSCAN imaging software to create a "best of breed" solution for school food service.





· SchoolMessenger is the fast, easy way to deliver information to parents through phone and e-mail messages. Schoolhouse’s eOfficeSuite software seamlessly integrates to SchoolMessenger and empowers you to quickly and automatically reach parents regarding low lunch balance reminders, meal application deadlines, and menu changes. · TiPRO® is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of point of sale equipment, including terminals, keypads and card reader systems. Schoolhouse Software selected TiPRO for its world class manufacturing capabilities and flexibility in designing systems to our specifications. Working together, Schoolhouse Software and TiPRO developed a "bullet proof" point of sale system for school food service operations, with a track record for high availability and extremely low failure rates in K-12 point of sale environments.




· Schoolhouse Software is a Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) Participant, an ongoing industry initiative spearheaded by a group of leading education software companies and school administrators. The aim of the more than 60 SIF Participants in the group is to develop a technical specification for ensuring that K-12 instructional and administrative software applications work seamlessly together and share data, now and in the future.
