Founded in 1984, Schoolhouse Software is a leading provider of integrated,
reliable software solutions that give school food service employees peace of
mind and create more time for students. The company’s hallmark is a dedication
to developing quality software and providing personalized support to school food
service directors and their staffs among the company’s growing family of school
districts nationwide.
Our first product was the CafTRAC™ Office System in 1988 that delivered true financial
accounting to school food service operations, along with “free and reduced” meal
application processing and meal accountability. That was followed by the introduction
of CafTRAC Point of Sale in 1992 targeting the front line needs of school food services
operations.
In 2002 Schoolhouse software introduced its next
generation point of sale software, called Touch-n-Serv™,
built to speed patrons through serving lines while
accounting for sales that are free, reduced or paid. This
was followed in 2003 by the introduction of eOfficeSuite™,
the next generation back office administrative software for
Windows®. Today, a growing list of satisfied
nutrition services directors across the country rely on
Schoolhouse’s integrated software to run successful K-12
school food service operations.
Our in-depth team of support professionals is trained to put your needs first,
and delivering personalized support is a way of life at Schoolhouse Software. We require
our installation, training and technical support professionals to pass rigorous
certification and training programs, and each employee develops a keen understanding
and appreciation for your operational environment. Most of our employees have backgrounds
in education or work experience in school districts, allowing us to deliver some of
the highest levels of support and customer satisfaction available in the industry.
